Service Options and Pricing

There are two levels of service - Standard or Priority.

Standard service within 20 miles of the Vallejo area is usually 2 business days (beginning from the next business day for orders placed before 6:00 PM local time).

Mileage Surcharge applies after  30 miles.

Priority service is an additional $10.00 charge for 1-day service and $50 for same day service with a 4-hour turnaround. (A phone call must be made to me for approval prior to placing your order.)

Download all photos from website address emailed to you after the order is complete.  A phone call will be made to the ordering agent after the priority website is posted.  A message will be left on the agent answering machine.

Residential properties are defined as habitational (dwelling) occupancies from 1 to 10 units. All other locations, including dwellings where the total number of units exceed 10 units, are considered commercial properties. Note that the photographer may change the property type if the wrong type was ordered.

If our photographer is required to contact the property owner to obtain access to the property, and the order is under $25.00,  Add a $5.00 appointment fee to the order.
